Tim Dyer and Nelson Dones have decades of personal experience in the construction industry as developers and landlords, including 20 years of teaching across a wide net of fields in the construction and maintenance/general industries. 

As independent consultants, we aim to provide the highest quality mandated and discretionary teaching for non-profits, students, and workers who interact with a construction site. The goal at work is safety first.

We provide training throughout the Tri-State Area and will travel to you.
